A private research institute founded in 1986 in the area of Sophia Antipolis in France. The role of IMRA is to develop, characterize and implement new materials into functional demonstrators. IMRA brings to the THERMOCOOL project, its expertise on synthesis and characterization of n-type Mg3Sb2 materials. Indeed, few years ago IMRA has developed an efficient low-cost doping of n-type Mg3Sb2 materials, these activities led to a granted patent application. Through the activities of the THERMOCOOL project, IMRA expect to test the developed materials in real environment and modules. The success of the THERMOCOOL project may help IMRA to find customers for the license and the developed know-how on n-type doped Mg3Sb2 materials.
